I have no idea when I will get to doing this, but I was given a few bands to use. By a few, I mean quite a few. I do love the smell of a good cigar! Until you light it anyway. Curing tobacco in the barn smells fantastic, too.

My friend has made art with bands (first two pics) and I made a couple sets of coasters for my local cigar shop's anniversary party raffle last year (third pic).

I save all my cigar bands, I've got hundreds stored away right now and wasn't sure what I was going to do with them. I want to make a pen with one wrapped around it for a friend who belongs to the same cigar lounge as me and he just retired. Just as a test run, I glued one to a wooden dowel with modge podge and it cured up nicely. Should be able to go over that on a pen blank with a CA finish and it will work well. Will be working on that as soon as I decided which pen I want to make
