I haven't made one of these in some time but I owe this one to the guy who supplies my cigar bands. I'm sure he won't mind the flaw in this one as much as I do. That comes from not being precise enough to get the blanks absolutely round in relation to the tubes.
Anyway, it looks pretty good.
The wood is a piece of tigre caspi that I think I picked up at the gathering in Medina this last spring. If anyone knows where I can get more of these blanks please let me know.
Thanks for looking.:)

Beautiful pen. I've always admired your faux cigar pens and hope to try one some day.

Would you mind telling me which hardware kit you used for that? Thank you.

Mark, I think he had a limited supply. Are the ones you have diagonal cut?
If so, want to part with them?
Burb, I use an Artisen Jr Gent II kit. This one is chrome.
I've used other similar kits and also the zen and panache.

I only have one, and it is a diagonal cut. It is from terry q at the last MPG in Champaign, Il. Stabilized. It's yours if you want. :) PM me your address if you want. Cost - you do a demo!!!
