I finally got around to trying to do a clear cast and went with a few cigar labels. I did try to cast the upper and lower barrel and blowed out the upper trying to square it up. So I used a piece of walnut for the top. Thanks for looking and all of those that have done tutorials here. I need all of them.

I also went by my local thrift store today in search of a toaster type oven for finish curing of my blanks when I cast them. I found one marked $4.88 that looked brand new with the exception of a dent in the top. I went to the counter and to buy it and it was 70% off that price so I got my toaster for $1.48 and found the rack was in upside down so whoever bought it first must have dropped it and the rack flew out, so putting it back in they done it upside down and never used it.

toaster oven works like a charm. I have resin enroute to the house hopefully it will arrive tomorrow. I will try casting some new things in the coming weeks as Cigar labels are being saved by the owner of the store for a special project. I have a few ideas and saw some cool items done on here I would like to try and do similar things.
