Here are some pictures of another pen order for Christmas gifts. This customer ordered 4 each of 8 different pens.

This first group is 4 gold navigators in ebony with a CA finish

Next are 4 gold Jr Retro pens made in green Verde resin. (The centerband on the cap is not really crooked, this is distortion from a wide angle lens)

They ordered 12 Wall St II pens. These first 4 are chrome and made with cross grain Morado and a CA finish.

These next 4 are black titanium and gold in big leaf maple burl. The CA finish is satin.

These last four are gold and made from feathered oak with a CA finish.

I really like the look of feathered oak. It has an amazing grain. It can be difficult to turn because it might blow out and it is really hard to finish because of the open grain and voids BUT it is one of the best looking woods I work with.

Next is a set of Jr Gent rollerball pens in cross grain Morado.

I really like the look of Morado when turned cross grain. The swirls wrap around the pen.

Next are 4 more Jr Gents this time in black cherry burl.

All 4 of the pens were cut from the same burl but they all look very different.

Last is a set of screw cap European roller ball pens in platinum made from big leaf maple burl with a CA finish.

No kidding!!! Those are spectacular! I've never seen feathered oak, but it truly is beautiful.

Very nice Alex. I like the European roller ball, where did you get the kit from?

I got the screw cap European rollerball from Arizona Silhouette. The platinum is discontinuted (I think I got the last 5) but they still have some left in gold. alex

I think that he is 13 years. Check out his website. He makes amazing work and he is saving his money for college.
Alex,
I am sure that everyone will treasure their pens. Beautiful work. I like the cross grain Morado a lot.
