A chamber stick for my mother, and a rose for my wife
The handle is a temporary knock-up until the red brass sheet gets here

Very Nice, very nice indeed! I'm curious, where did you obtain the brass hardware for your candle stick? It's nice and heavy and looks to be much nicer made than anything I've found so far. Regarding the Rose...it's beautiful!!! I'm sure others are curious how you created this and would love to see a video or an explanation of how you came up with such a beautiful design!!! Thanks for share and Merry Christmas to you and yours...P.S.: Safe turning to you always!

Thanks,to both. @ Old Codger, the brass all came out of the scrap bin. 1.250 red brass hex that I turned into a shape I liked then bored out to fit a candle ( I really hope it's a standard size ?) The handle was .125 x .750, 360 (yellow) brass flat stock, annealed and bent to shape.
The rose came from a pattern I found online about a year ago. I finally ordered some 16oz copper and worked up the courage to try. It turned out to be ridiculously easy to make. After Christmas I'll see if I can make a video, or at least write up a better explanation with step by step pics
