My wife and I want to make some chocolates this year..we've been looking around, but most of the molds are made from cheap plastic....
This got me thinking - we see all sorts of pen blank molds made from silicone - could such a thing be used for making chocolates?
What silicone would one use for food safety? I imagine the silicone caulk method would not pass muster...
