Chessboard

For my son. He wants to 3D print the chess pieces. This is the first chessboard I've made and I thoroughly enjoyed the process. Cherry and maple

That is a cool, cool chess board.
I've built one chess set and board... the board does not look a cool as yours
the board is maple and bubings, the pieces are pecan and walnut.

I've made a couple chessboards over the years, but nothing as nice as that. I really like the chamfer on the squares - Really stands out. I also like the spline joinery. Wonderful board. Definitely an heirloom.

It's just an open bottom.
