Going to watch this post as I've been trying to find cherry burl, too. So far no luck. EBay had some a couple weeks ago but I got in a bidding war. I jumped off the boat at about $10 per blank.

I've had this piece for a while and no idea what its worth or how much I paid for it. Divisions on the green mat are 2" apart. Just one piece, pictures are of both sides. This is not stabilized. Dampened for picture. If you want to trade, pm and surprise me with anything of similar value. I don't need anything, but do like surprises. Thickness about 5/8"
