A couple weeks ago I made two orders from R&B for some Tru-Stone blanks. They have some great prices and and quanity discounts, on top of that they sent me a free blank (Tru-Stone) with each order. While looking on the web for different blanks I found an Amber Tru-Stone blank and contact them to see if they carried it or found get it. He explained that they used to carry it but it was not a good seller, to plain. He said he would look and if he found any still around he would send one.
Well my second order came with no Amber blank and I thought no big deal he didn't find any. Last Friday I get a package in the mail with two Amber blanks in it. Thank you very much, that is great customer service, I well be buying all me Tru-Stone from R&BCrafts.
