I have read a lot of stink over the last year about PSI,I thought I would throw some positive Points there way.

Purchased a lathe few months ago, and three months into it the bearings in it went out ,shipped it to them for repair two weeks later I was turning again.

Had a couple of kits that were bad ,they sent new insides received them in a few days.

Bought a mandrel saver it was defective, they sent me a new one with in six days.

I have never encountered a bad staff member , maybe because I treat them the way I want to be treated. ( just a thought)

Sure have made a lot of nice friends from things breaking!!
