I bought some items from Woodturningz for the first time. I ordered via internet at about 9:30 AM on a Monday and they shipped the same day and I had the shipment in my hands on Thursday of the same week.:biggrin: Everything I ordered came (no backorders)and was received in good shape. I think that's fine customer service. I will order from them again.

I order from them often and have NEVER had a problem with their service. Can't say that about the big gorilla!

I order from the Big Gorilla. I have not had any major problems except their shipping is not exactly up to par. Vendors on this forum seem to be much more expedient.
