Another Cheer to PSi for fast customer service!!! I contacted PSI regarding a couple of defective Designer pen transmissions and 'Tony' followed through perfectly!!! I received the new replacement transmissions today and want to thank PSI (and Tony!!!) for all their assistance and prompt service!!! P.S.... Tony informed me that even though replacement parts are not displayed/listed in their catalogs or the PSI online site, you can call them and they have them in stock (i.e.; transmissions, pen clips, bands, etc.) and can ship them to you at nominal fee!!! Yet another great customer service from PSI!!! Hip! Hip! Hurrah! for PSI!!!
