Yet another CHEER for Rick. What can you say? I ordered a tool post and a couple of tool rests for my new Rikon on Monday and received on Thursday. Now that is great customer service.

Adding my applause for Rick Herell! I ordered an offset sanding jig for my shop - and wanted to use the new morse taper option on the jig. I was unsure of exactly how to go about it, but used the notes in his catalog page to move forward. Rick answered my order request within the hour, and also put my mind to rest regarding the needed morse taper adapter by answering my questions with a follow-up email. The next email from Rick on the same day was the shipping tracking number!! Order to ship within a few hours - amazing!
