I ordered a Joyner Offset jig from Niles Bottle Stoppers as I venture into small turnings other than pens. They accidentally shipped me a 1 1/4" mandrel instead of the 1" mandrel I ordered. Mistakes happen. I sent them an Email letting them know and the same day I got a call from Carl letting me know they had already shipped me a replacement with a return label. I love this community. It seems everyone in the turning fraternity is "Good People". By the way, the jig is very cool, a nicely designed setpiece of neatly machined red anodized Aluminum with all the screws and buttons.
