I love the Pressimo kits! Affordable, well made, nice weight and easy to build. I just wish there was more of a barrel to them; hard to show off a lot of wood when half the pen is the cap.

I never saw that kit before and I quite like it, something that I don't share with 90% of the kits made these last couple of years or so.

In my view, it may not be a lot of wood visible however, these are the cases where, quantity is not the issue but the quality, is. Wood of such beauty finished that way, is a winner combinations, regardless of how you put it...!

Terrific Fit and Finish,
Kit looks good, but I share your concern about the area for the Blank.
Unfortunately a lot of pens are now like that with a Long Cap.
