Hoping to have 10 of these for an upcoming show, of varying designs, some segmented some not. This one, I think turned out especially nice. Knot was cut at 55 degrees. Wood is stabilized and dyed spalted maple. Comments and critiques always welcomed.

Your segmenting spacing and knots are spot on. I like the angle dimension also. Very nice; thanks for sharing.

Not a pen, it's a scraping tool and the drilled hole is 8 mm.

Beautiful blank. I love the color. If you don't mind me asking, is that a kit you can purchase from a supplier?
It's a relatively new kit from PSI, not sure if they are available anywhere else or not.
