I decided to tweak this pen a bit; I was inspired by some of Anthony and Lou's pens. I was trying to make each half look like a vase, which I think is pretty successful. I don't think it came out too bad for a first try, and has given me some more ideas for next time. What do you think?

Jim,

It is an interesting look-more importantly, it looks like a person could actually WRITE with it. This is MY bottom line on new designs. Even collectors occasionally try to write with a pen.

The weight looks to be over center, so it might actually write "lighter" than its real weight-if you are so inclined, tell us how it "feels".

Thanks

Personally, I am not much for odd shapes, but this pen looks nicely done. The cedar came out very smooth and is a nice wood to work with.

I am afraid that a Moth would not like that pen though. [}:)]
