I am looking for suggestions, ideas, and "copies" of cards that go with the pens giving instructions for care, maintenance, and warranty. By looking at suggestions I can create my own. Appreciate any help.

Great question, I'm working on the same idea... I bought business card blanks from my local Sams club. I'm going to use them for the same reason. That way the person gets care instructions (and I'm thinking then they can pass along my real business card).

I haven't worked out more than that yet.

My web-site has both pen care and warranty information in which the customer can print out. I find most time the customer losses this information. Also a refill guide is available on-line.

I give my customers pen care instructions on a sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 paper. If they buy a fountain pen the get another/extra sheet. I also provide a strip of paper with specific instructions for the specific pen they buy describing how to replace the refill/ink. For me there is just too much information to fit on a business card. My info comes from manufacturer sites and and is a compilation of information gathered online.

I use Avery to print my business cards and other stuff. You can buy the packs at any office supply and Walmart carries some of the styles. They print from most home printers. Avery has a free download on their site which makes making them a breeze. No, I don't work for Avery. I also bought a Brother label maker.

On the back of the card above, I add a label with pen style, body, fittings, and refill information.

I haven't added a care instruction sheet, yet!
