Carbon Fiber pen box

Carbon fiber look pen box. I used carbon fiber vehicle wrap for the top and bottom.

Is that real carbon fiber or is that a look-a-like?

In my opinion, that is look alike. It is sticky back paper. I have many colors in that stuff and it will make a good background for watch part pens. What is nice it does not take up as much room as real CF on the tube.

It is called vehicle wrap' it's used on car interiors, hoods etc. I started with 1/8 Baltic birch plywood, applied it to both sides. It has adhesive on it but you can use spray adhesive if you wanted. It was very easy to work with.
