Carbide turning tool

Several years ago I purchase SS bar with a carbide cutter from one of the member on this forum. But, I can't remember who it was. This was before Captn Eddie and it's not from EWT. Anyone remember who it might have been. Seems to me they were from Tenn or Ketucky.
