Anyone know if a family member is minding the store are Big Guy Productions?
I placed an order yesterday for some cutters and later remembered that he is still on the mend.

I just saw a video of Cap'n Eddie on facebook yesterday walking for the first time since he got sick. Still has a ways to go but it's a step in the right direction...

Yes according to facebook "Management" is filling orders but I imagine they will be down for a couple days for the holidays. If you use facebook you can see some threads on Cap'n Eddie.

Well, I have left multiple messages by phone and email and have received no response.
Maybe this source is now gone.

David Allen, they are spending a lot of time at the hospital and the rehab facility. Give them some time. Right now they are dealing with something much more important than a few carbide cutters. They really are good to deal with, I think they are just overwhelmed with the Capts medical issues.

Just got concerned when I got no call back.
Management called my cell the day before I got the order.
