Carbide cutter tools

I am looking for any info on making a carbide cutting tool that will take the round cutter.
I purchased A tool a few years ago but it will only take the square cutters and I am hoping get a tool made.

any info appreciated

Two suggestions for you. First is Capt Eddie on Youtube. Search for capneddie, you will find several of his videos on making your own tools.
