These are Capital Click pens from Woodturningz. The woodland camo is on antique pewter, and the Navy camo is on gunmetal. My sister chose which pen with which blank, and she was right. I made these for a friend whose son is in the Marine Corps, and daughter is in the Navy. I'm very happy with them.

I didn't paint these, because in the past it's been my experience that camo blanks are opaque. Not quite the case with the woodland blank. There are a few spots where the tube is showing through. But I like the look, and left it as is.

Maybe my eyesight is worse than I thought but I don't see where the tube is showing through. If you're referring to the lines between the colors that is normal for this type of blank, the ones I have done have had this, I think it's something that's part of the process of making these. If you're seeing something else it might be time for me to stop holding sharp tools near spinning blanks. ☹

Yes, I'm talking about the bright brass lines between the colors. I haven't seen that before, and I've turned woodland camo pens in the past. Regardless, I do like the look.
