Can't find file kit

Hi everyone. Saw a little diamond file kit to turn. Now I can't find where to get the kit. My Dad is always fiddling with his pocket knife. I thought this would be something he could use. Anyone know who sells this kit? Thanks for the help.

That would make an awesome gift for a fisherman. Don't know if a non fisherman would know it though. Most fishhooks are sold factory sharp, which is like the factory sharp on a gouge []
