Canadiana kit

William Woodwrite has a sale on a kit called the Canadiana. This is shown as a Berea kit but I don't see it shown on the Berea site.

Who carries this kit in the US? I would order it from William Woodwrite but the shipping was nearly $35 for 5 kits.
