Can anyone identify this pen?

A customer wanted to know if I knew what type of refill this pen took. Nope. It doesn't take a Parker style. Has anyone ever seen a pen like this or know what type of refill it might take?

Mike if it doesn't have a name brand on it try the plastic refill and spring out of any old throw away click pen.

I would suspect some form of stick refill, similar to the cross. However, I have come across so many variations its hard to count them all. Most of the differences are in the refill length, spring length and nib point diameter. Try one and see if it fits with the spring in the lower barrel.
