Can anyone help ID this pen kit?

My friend asked if I could help fix this pen someone made him years ago. Click mech broke, spring, clip and plunger are all missing. Easiest way to fix would be to get a new kit and replace everything.
All the info I have is Click pen, 10mm tubes and a Parker refill

Cigar pen. Which one who knows. There are many different versions of this kit and some are called other names but same kit. Good luck. Hope someone can help.

cigar click. I have only seen one cigar click, I have a few of those kits I think I got them at Craft Supply. -you can get one of mine if you can't find it.
