No I would say you would not. A little wax or no finish would be all I would use.

I agree with Mike. You'd basically be putting plastic over plastic. Unless there's something in the upper layers of the PR that you think needs additional protection, I can't see why you'd put the CA on top. Besides, the PR will shine up nicely all on its own!
