Hi,

This is the second one I used the CA finish on today, I applied the same CA in the same series as mentioned with the blue one, but then I also applied the Mylands and wax after, not sure really if it was required..I think I am hooked on the CA as a finish now, thanks to the many here who inspire me daily with your amazing work!

Great shape on the pen and what a finish! You should be proud! Love that ca, but it does not alway work the way you want it to. Trial and lots of errors really are the best teachers.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the kind words, I have been wondering if a sanding sealer under a CA finish would help on an unstabilized wood, do you have any experience with that?
