CA On Acrylic to "Bring to Size" ??

Did my first acrylic today (AA)...boy, it sure sands down faster than the woods I use !! Anyway, I ended up around .010" undersize for my pen. Would a few layers of CA to bring the blank to size be "doable" ?? Or will I have a bonding or some other issue ??

Ca will work, done a few myself. Ive used med ca
