During google search I found 2 methods, one is blo first followed by ca glue, other was just the oppisite, ca followed by blo!!
which is right or at least best. I am going to try this on my next predator call.

there's subscribers to both ways. when i was using blo/ca, i did the blo first to give me a lubricant to ensure a smooth CA application but some think the the ca should go down first so the blo doesn't stay wet underneath the coat of CA. try both and see which you like better.

there's at least one tutorial in the library here that i used when i first tried it, you should check that one out.

I like to POP the grain with BLO then seal it in with CA.

But if you are using CA first then the BLO acts like an accelerator to speed the CA cure time.

Am I the only one to whom this thread is suggestive of a Dr. Seuss finishing book?

Pre BLO, Post BLO.
Some BLO, No BLO!

I will not use BLO, Sam I am, I will not use BLO in a Can! I will not use it from a bottle, whether my lathe is stopped or full throttle!

And the debate continues. Since the Blue shop towel was mentioned shall we start the paper towel debate again? [:D][}:)] Naw...Bounty still ROCKS![;)]
Do a good turn daily!
