Is it better on cocobolo to use fast ca on it, to seal the oil that way when I spray lacquer with my air brush it will stay on and cure?

I have ha a couple that after 2 months it felt like my finger tacky

On Coco I use the CA accelerator very heavily to clean the blank. Once it is dry then we will put on our CA finish with no problems of finish seperation. I try to stay away from lacquer due to dust settling into the finish, no matter how much cleaning I do in my shop before hand.

I use sanding sealer first on all of the oily woods. I think that helps with any cloudiness/seperation problems.
