For those of you who have used the stickfast kit is it worth the expense for the ocassional pen maker?

If you are looking for that glossy finish you can get from CA, then it is worth the cost.
If you are looking for a 'softer' finish, it still may be worth it, if you knock down the last few coats. You'll still have a hard, protective undercoat but with a 'softer' finish.
