Busy day!

So I got a nice long day of pen turning in and was able to knock out some good pens. Of course I attribute a lot of it to the carbide turner my dad just sent me!

This black enamel bolt action is afzelia burl.



Gold bolt action is onyx trustone. It might have cracked but in waiting to see how it reacts overnight.



Gun metal bolt action had a gun smoke m3 blank. Much easier to turn without having to sharpen each pass!



One chrome zen is Kingwood the other is Pacific Ocean worthless wood.









Slimline is satinwood.



And a new favorite kit (still doesn't surpass bolt actions!) is this chrome and gold nouveau ball point.

Wow, you sure were cranking them out! Nice pens! The M3 one doesn't look too outstanding but I've heard they look better in person (haven't done any yet).

It does look better in person. It was made for the MGuns here that is getting ready to leave for a new duty station. It is one of the plainer ones but I still like it.

Wow! Those are all good looking pens. Have been very busy in the shop, having so much fun turning. The first one is just gorgeous.
