Business with Beall

I purchased a Beall collet chuck a few months ago and mentioned that it had excessive runout in a previous thread. It was suggested that I contact Beall and discuss it.
l made the call and spoke with J.R. Beall.

He told me where to measure for runout which I did and then called him back. He said they would send me a replacement and asked me to send back my chuck when I received the replacement.

The replacement arrived in 2 days and I mailed my chuck back.

Today a check to cover my postage arrived.

I am now a dedicated customer.

Living in Ohio I have had the opportunity to visit the shop a couple of times. Mr. Beall spent time showing me a couple of his current projecs and also showed me a couple of items that may be offered in the near future. I was totally impressed by him and their products. The best thing is - I am sure that he would do the same ting for anyone else who visits.
