Is there a source online for the dimensions of various bushing sets?

I have a couple reasons for asking.

First and foremost... I have a bunch of bushings all mixed together in a bag. And I have no idea which pen sets they go to. Don't ask, I'm a bad person for not putting them back in the bag with the labels.

Secondly, I have a couple pen kits that I probably won't do more than one or two or I'm testing out styles, so I'd rather made a set of bushings for one offs instead of the extra expense on something I'll make one of.

Just measure the hardware in the kit with calipers or a micrometer.

Bushings are either a "guide" or the fastest way to ruin a pen. Use calipers and measure every pen prior to turning. I post the OD hardware sizes on a post-it note and turn to that size. Well, plan on that size when done, you must underturn to the hardware in order to build the finish up to the final OD of the hardware once sanded and polished.

A good set of calipers is the most important tool in your shop after the lathe itself.
There is a bushing chart on the home page of The Pen Shop.

Badger: There are about 200 pen kits currently available from all of the various US kit suppliers. IIRC, Huzzah's bushing chart on TPS only lists bushings for about 15 kits. They are some of the more popular kits so you will certainly match up with some of the information you need; but I doubt you will you will find every thing you need. I have been measuring kits and begging information from others for more than a year in putting together a Pen Reference Chart that has a lot more information than the chart on TPS although nowhere close to having information for all 200 kits. I'm about ready to make my work public; but i need a volunteers to measure a few more kits for me and I am still doing some vetting to be sure the information is as accurate as possible. If you will email me a list of the kits that you need information for, i will send you whatever I have.

This is actually a better way of doing things because lots of kit bushings don't match the kit hardware all that well anyway.
