Guys, I need to make a set of bushings for a Sierra pen (BCB) and I don't have a kit myself.

Can someone measure a bushing? (and kit hardware)

I really need the tube step and the outer bushing size, but would like it if someone could just check the hardware to make sure the bushings are true to the kit.

Thanks!!

Lee, for the record, I checked the bushing chart on the Pen Shop forum, and according to that, the Sierra bushing is .476" and .385". I realize that we're talking a difference of .005" or so, and .002". Having relayed this info to you, I STAND BY MY MEASUREMENTS.

My bushings measure 380/475. I had to put a wrap of Scotch tape on the small diameter to make it a snug fit in the tube so 0.385" sounds like a good dimension for the smaller diameter.

My nib end measures 0.474". The other end is a little tricky. The piece that the blank will butt up against is the ring of the clip. On the kit I measured it wasn't quite round. It measured from 0.470" to 0.473".
