I haven't had much turning time of late, and I wanted to practice on something, before I launched blindly into some of the great blanks that Jeff Powell left me, So I decided to do one that was a Burgundy Acrylic from Exotic Blanks, I think I'll practice a bit more before I do any of Jeff's blanks.
Of course Comments are encouraged and welcomed.

Looks good Ken. You seem to still have what it takes. Let's see some of Jeffs blanks.

Chuck believe me the pictures are hiding a lot, it really isn't like riding a bicycle I fell of a few times :):) but the blank sure is pretty I wish I'd done a better job with it, but I did get to put a new insert in my Pen Pro, I got so used to horsing the old one, it scared me

So, I really inspected!! All the metal pieces are flush (good fit) the resin sparkles (Great finish), and the picture, realizing it's a RED, is FAN--tastic!!!

Yep, you can turn most anything--you're ready!!!

Nice job, Ken and thanks for posting!!

Looks good Ken. That is one of the nicer blanks. Is it burgundy wine? I think it looks good. Of course we are our own worst critics. Still I think you did a fine job.
