Bullet Pen

All,
This is my first pen of the year. It is also my first bullet/cartridge pen. This was a blast (no pun intended) to make. This is also the first time that I have used or turned cypress. WOW, I have never turned something that soft. The finish is 3 coats of thin CA and 4 coats of med CA.

Now that I've had my morning cup of coffee, I can think now. I have no idea what caliber this cartridge is. This is the kit that is on sale right now at Woodcraft.

I wish I had a getter picture, but I didn't get a chance to take one until this morning right before work.

Thanks all. I hope to do better on my next one. I think a darker wood would look nicer, but the wife likes the lighter color...
