Bullet Pen tutorial

I tried to look but couldn't find this anywhere using the search. Is there tutorial on how to drill out a casing for a bullet pen? I see people are using the real projectile...Are you disengaging the firing pin before drilling if so how? Or are you using a spent case and "reloading" it with just the projectile? And how is that actually drilled out. Any help would be great, preferably with pictures.

There are several good articles in the library. Also several members have tutorials on their websites. They should be along any moment and put their links on here.

Les Elm has several tutorials that I find very clear on the process of drilling out bullets and casings. There is a good one in the IAP library. Don Ward (redriverpens.com) has some good articles on his site. Don writes a penturning article for each issue of "More Woodturning".
