*The components included are as follow: 24k gold plated nibs/clips and caps, brand new (unfired) 308 solid brass Winchester cartridges (made in the USA), first quality twist mechanisms, Cross type refills and upper brass tubes.
*Cartridges are rosin core soldered to the inner brass tubes.
Even if the cartridges are brand new, some very lite dings made at the manufacturing level may be seen on occasions.
*The cartridges are sanded and polished to a shiny finish and protected with an industrial brass compound film.
*Instructions sheet included.

You only have to make up the upper pen barrels
