This is a CSUSA Bullet Cartridge click pen in chrome, and is the second one I've made. The first was over 5 years ago, and this kit was purchased then. I really like it. The blank is a Marine Dress Blue from PSI. I just wish the blank was more blue. I made this for the Marine Pens for Troops project.
