Bulb fill roller ball?

Hello,
Would a bulb filling pen work with something like this:
Indy~Pen~Dance :: Refills & Nibs :: Nibs :: Cartridge Rollerball System
As opposed to a fountain pen?

Not sure it would pull the ink through the ball. That would probably work with an eye dropper.
