Look for a tool called a rake. Be careful when you touch it to the wheels, have very good grip. Cleans them up in seconds. Search for buffing wheel rake.

Be sure to use the rake below center, so it won't catch, if you reverse turn the spindle rake on top of buffing wheels as it won't catch in the revere direction.

Safety is a must
