Buckeye Burl with Turquoise

I have large piece of Buckeye Burl that I cut up and am having stabilized. This piece has some great patterns to it and lots of color variation. The first blank I did happened to have a few spots of opportunity. I filled these voids with turquoise mica and thin CA.

That turquiose 'wakes' the blank up just enough not to make it gawdy(hope that comes across right). Nicely finished too!!!

Thank you! It is neat how the turquise just pops like it is hidden beneath the whole surface.
