This blank was included in a box of blanks I picked up from Johnathon. It just so happened that the colors are the same as my first car, a teal and white 57 Chevy.

I considered replacing the trim ring and cap insert with the blank material, but decided that since the threads were black, that leaving the black trim ring and cap insert would look nice.

Comments and critiques welcome.

Thanks for looking.

nice Job Mark!! I'm curious though, how would you remove the CB?
It's very easy on this Jr Gent I. The black plastic band is just sandwiched between the two rhodium rings.

TEASE!!!:biggrin: I know that:rolleyes:, LOL, but i have been trying to figure out how to remove them from the jr gent II kits without damaging the CB, they dont just slide off.

Love that pen, you did good.............

I was 16 when the '57 chevy came out the teal and white and the all black 2 door Bel-Air hardtop were my favorite cars of all time, came real close to purchasing one a few years ago.
