I've been busy making cutting boards... they all look about the same so I've not posted them. This one was a request from my son's father-in-law who owns a restaurant and food truck down in Florida. He wanted a BIG cutting board for Brisket.

This 25.5" x 18" x 1.5"

Nice board.
We're getting another side of beef in about a month or so. We have the brisket made into something even better. Beef bacon. Tastes wonderful as long as you don't overcook it. Gets tough. Thinking of it makes me drool.
