Brisket Board

I've been busy making cutting boards... they all look about the same so I've not posted them. This one was a request from my son's father-in-law who owns a restaurant and food truck down in Florida. He wanted a BIG cutting board for Brisket.

This 25.5" x 18" x 1.5"

Nice board.
We're getting another side of beef in about a month or so. We have the brisket made into something even better. Beef bacon. šŸ˜‹ Tastes wonderful as long as you don't overcook it. Gets tough. Thinking of it makes me drool.

If you are interested, I can send you a recipe for brisket to cut up on your cutting board. My family and friends love it. What kind of smoker do you have?

Mike
I appreciate that, but I don't cook brisket. That board is for my son's father-in-law. He owns a restaurant and a food truck down in Florida.
