Have you tried PSI within the last 2 days? I just received (yesterday) 10 that has been on backorder since before Christmas.

Hi,
Pens of color has them in stock according to their on line cart (wich is usually accurate).
They are $2.95 , 2.70 for 10 or more wich is probably a little cheaper than PSI direct and Sheila is a great person to deal with.
P.S. If you look at this site, you will realize that you don't need a kit to make tham, just what is called a crocodile clip from any electrical supplier (few cents each) tiny pieces of rubber hosing for aquarium and a blank.
