boxes for projects

My boss wants me to make her a bottle stopper and a chef's knife to give to her father for Christmas. I know where I am going to get the kits, but she also would like some sort of presentation box for both. I'm not equipped to make them myself, so I was wondering if anybody knows of a location to purchase different sized gift boxes.

Penn State has some nice boxes for your bottle stopper's but not
sure about a box for your knife.

We have vendors that are members that sell boxes for bottle stoppers I believe. What are the dimensions of the Chef's knife? I have some Gold necklace boxes that might work if you want some.

The knife itself measures 8.25 and I'm thinking that I'll put at least a 6 inch handle on it, so minimum box length would be about 15-18 inches. I think the diameter of the handle will probably be around 3/4". If you've got something that you think will work, let me know how much you want for it.
