Bottle Stopper blanks--inlays

I purchased these bottle stopper blanks several years ago...one with a rose and one with an American flag inlaid into the casting. I've been unable to find anything like these now....any suggestions would be great!

Haven't in a while, but I've made my own.... I use a medicine bottle for a mold, pour a layer in the bottom, after it sets, lay my embed on top and pour the rest of the way.... you can buy a casting resin that doesn't need a pressure pot and they work out easily.
